Golf Datatech has created a program to share golf facility
rounds played and financial golf operating information for the benefit of golf course
operators throughout the country. This financial benchmarking tool will be known
as “CGM - Competitive Golf Marketplace.”

PROGRAM DETAILS:
- All individual course data is maintained under the strictest security and password
protected by Golf Datatech, LLC exclusively.
- The Available Tee Time number will be predetermined for each course by Golf Datatech
based upon an agreed upon assumption of tee times beginning approximately 15 minutes
after sunrise and ending four hours before sunset in each CGM.
- The cost of this program will be FREE for the first six months of enrollment.
After maintaining access and reviewing six free months of reports, the cost will
be $100 annually.

Here is how the program works:
- Golf Datatech will send you a log on name and password for you to enter your course
data.
- Each new participating course will be asked to input their rounds played and golf
revenue data for at least the past 12 months in order to provide them year-over-year
reports from the start.
- Monthly each course will log-on with their password and a simple screen will appear
asking for the course to enter THREE
numbers---
- The number of rounds it played in the previous month.
- The total golf revenue (the sum of green fees and cart fees, and in the case of
semi-private courses their monthly golf dues) for the month.
- The course's tee-time interval ( e.g., 8 minutes, 9 min., 10 min.) for the month.
