Owners enrolling through the National Golf Course Owners Association:

Both NGCOA members and non-members are welcome! We'll send you a logon and password to use to enter your course data, and to access your reports (NGCOA members: this will be different than your NGCOA member login and password). After this trial period, the price is only $100 to participate. - Each new participating non-private course will be asked to input rounds played and golf revenue data for at least the past 12 months in order to provide accurate year-over-year reports from the start. Private courses will have a slightly different data entry format which asks for memberships sold totals rather than revenue data and will return private participating benchmark reports accordingly.
- Monthly, each course is asked to log-on with their password and a simple screen will appear asking for the course to enter THREE numbers:
- The number of rounds it played in the previous month.
- The total golf revenue (the sum of green fees and cart fees, and in the case of semi-private courses their monthly golf dues) for the month.
- The course's tee-time interval (e.g., 8 minutes, 9 min., 10 min.) for the month.
If enrolling through the PGA of America:
PGA Professionals or employers of PGA Professionals can simply use their PGALinks or PGA PerformanceTrak login. The site will walk you through the rest of the data entry and reporting process. Click here to begin.
